A synthetic fiber which is strong, tough and versatile. Used in clothes. Follow the care label. Most nylon can be machine washed at code 3 for whites, and 4 for coloreds. Wash by hand in hand hot water. Make sure that the water is not too hot otherwise white nylon starts to take on a grayish tinge.
Never use bleach on nylon. Use a cold rinse to ensure that you get a crease-free finish.
If treated properly nylon should not need to be ironed.
If it is necessary, then iron with a warm iron while still slightly damp.
