Fabric care of Oilskin

Used for rainwear and for tablecloths, it is treated with oil and has a shiny surface. Clean by wiping with a damp cloth.

Not any help on what I need to know.

All the oil is gone from this will used rain hat and water now comes through it.

How do you "reoil it"?
