4 Alternative options for ringworm

Submitted by RINGWORM HATER

1. GARLIC. Has a pungent yet multi-talented reputation. Its many uses include lowering cholesterol, controlling blood pressure, and fighting fungi and bacteria. A study published in the Journal of Dermatology shows that garlic is effective in destroying up to 90% of the fungi causing tinea infections. Dosage: there are several ways to apply garlic. Crush garlic in a paste with an equal amount of olive oil or honey and apply directly to the skin, leaving it on for one hour. You can also apply garlic oil to the affected area three times daily. For stubborn infections or scalp ringworm, eat 2 cloves of garlic daily (best done before sleep). Use caution with children. Garlic is strong and may actually cause blistering.

2. BLACK WALNUT. A strong antifungal that has recently gained popularity for treatment of ringworm and other fungal infections. The compounds in the bark and leaves act as astringent and antifungal agents, attacking and riding the body of fungi. Dosage: Black walnut is available in capsules. Break open a capsule and mix the powder with water to form a paste. Apply the paste to the infected area liberally and cover with a bandage for about two to three hours, three times daily.

3. TEA TREE OIL. A strong antiseptic. In fact, studies have shown that tea tree oil can be as effective as the popular antifungal medications for fungal infections. Dosage: apply undiluted tea tree oil to the infected area three times daily. Never ingest tea tree oil, use externally only. Tea tree oil can cause serious side effects and even death if taken internally.

4. LAVENDER OIL. Lavender oil fights ringworm, penetrating deep into the skin and helping heal infections and minimizing scarring of skin tissue. It also reduces inflammation and itching. Dosage: add ten drops of lavender oil to bath water or apply 10 drops of lavender essential oil diluted with a tea spoon of olive oil directly to skin to treat ringworm infections.

DON'T BE AFRAID TO USE ALL OF THE ABOVE OR ALTERNATE WITH THEM. AND STOP EATING THAT JUNK FOOD IT IS NOT GOOD FOR YOUR HEALTH. GOOD LUCK...

Garlic has ANTI-FUNGAL AND ANTI-VIRAL PROPERTIES.
Garlic dramatically reduces yeast infections due to candida species.
Garlic helps to remove heavy metals such as lead and mercury from the body.
Garlic has anti-oxidant properties and is a source of selenium.
Garlic is a potent natural antibiotic that works differently than modern antibiotics and kills some strains of bacteria, like staph, that have become immune or resistant to modern antibiotics.
GARLIC COST LESS THAN DOCTORS AND HOSPITALS, BELIEVE ME I KNOW WHAT THE DIFFERENCE AMOUNTS TO. LOL

Ringworm No More Comments By: Anon on 2009-04-24
If you want to get rid of ringworm in a hurry go to the store and pick up a large box of epsom salt. Take a hot bath to open the skin pores, which will release toxins through the skin. Add a generous amount (one cup or more) of the epsom salt to the bath water. Rub the salt directly on the ringworm infected area while in the tub leave on for five minutes or longer then go back in water to rinse. Keep repeated this process every night in a hot tub with the salt and those fungi will die. Also, use tea tree oil, or a antifungal lotion such as Lamisi, or Lotrimin after each bath. Drink lots of water and stop eating junk food, especially processed sugar.
