Make your own pain relieving ointment

Submitted by Andre

Here's a helpful hint that will assist sufferers of aches, pains, arthritis etc.

What you will need is as follows:
2 freshly picked lemons.
2 small blocks of camphor.
750ml of mentholated spirits.

In a jar with a large throat place the lemons and camphor blocks in, then fill the jar with mentholated spirits. Seal the jar tightly with the lid, then let sit for 2 weeks. Please note that every day the jar should be turned upside down in order to distribute the beneficial properties of the lemon and camphor. When the contents have blended for the 2 weeks minimum, you may apply the content in small amounts topically to the troubled areas. You should expect pain relief and return of free movement in the joints after a few days. I hope this will be of help to those that rely on medication to alleviate pain and discomfort.
