You can purchase this at the Drug Store for about $2.00. Pour enough to cover dry head
(approx. 1/4 cup) a little at a time starting at scalp from front to back, comb through to cover. No need to wait. Next use lice comb to comb out lice and nits, wipe comb good on paper towel after each section.
Shampoo 1 time with Dawn dish soap and 1 time with regular shampoo. Be sure to wear old clothes and protect well with towels. If spill does occur treat with dawn before washing on hot in machine. This is by far THE fastest, most efficient and cost effective method I've found so far. Don't forget to treat personal items and bedding with heat/spray
