Help for the Sun Burn Skin

Submitted by Southern Belle

If you have a Sun Burn thats Red sensitive to touch, itchy....yal know what i'm talking about most of us have had the unpleasant after effects from day of fun in the sun right? Right!

Well I can't remember who gave the tip to me but I've past it on to friends even people online with returns of many surprising thanks. It does work!

Depending on the area of burn, well lets do the chest size, you can do as needed for other sizes.

You will need a bowl of MILK
Hand Towel or Wash cloth

Let the Milk set out on counter to take chill out not room temp but just a tint of coolness.

Soak the Towel in Milk the wring the towel of excess Milk [So as not to drip] but leaving it very wet.

Place towel on chest area of the sun burn and let set for 10-15 minutes [reapply if needed a couple times doubt any more would be necessary]

Remove and you'll be free of burn, itching sensitivity.

I've had it work on heavy sun burns.

Let me know how it works for you.
