Soak your feet two or three nights a week for 10 minutes in a foot tonic made from equal parts water, witch hazel and surgical spirit. Keep your toes separated to ensure penetration, and then dry them with a rough towel and an astringent powder or spray.
Wash your feet every day and dust them with deodorant foot powder.
Spray your shoes with an anti-odour product or try deodorising inner soles.
Avoid wearing the same pair of shoes, tights or socks two days in a row. Wear cotton socks and tights to allow your feet to breathe.
Air your feet as often as possible by wearing open sandals or walking bare foot around your home.
