If your hair dryer suddenly stops working, it may have simply overheated; wait a few minutes and try it again.
In the absence of a hair dryer, put a net over your hair and sit in front of a fan.
Or use a fan heater placed on a table. Cover your hair with a net and turn on the fan, setting it at low, or sit at a suitable distance so that you don't get burned.
