If you are in pain go and see your doctor to have the cause identified. He will either prescribe painkillers of some sort or suggest ways of alleviating the pain. But sometimes it is necessary to live with pain, until the source is healed. Here are some other remedies:
Laugh. A hearty laugh causes the release of endorphins, the body's natural pain relievers.
Tension and stress tend to intensify pain. Take up meditation, get a massage or do relaxation exercises, but don't strain the painful part of your body.
