I have had a callous on the ball of my foot for years and everything I tried didn’t
work. I asked my primary doctor about it and he told me to put duct tape on it
for six days then remove, soak my foot in warm water, for about five minutes, dry
the foot well then reapply the duct tape for another six days. Keep this regime
up until the callous it gone.
It worked for me and it never returned after a
year. I was a bit skeptical about the duct tape, so I did some research and
found that Mayo Clinic advised using duct tape for callouses.
