Nonstick cookware - Tips for cleaning nonstick pots and pans

To remove grease build-up and stains from a nonstick pan, mix up one of these solutions:

3 tablespoons non chlorine bleach
1 teaspoon washing-up liquid
½ pint/285ml water

3 tablespoons dishwasher powder
½ pint/ 285ml water

Put whichever solution you choose into the pan and simmer for 20 minutes; then wash, rinse and dry the pan. Finally, prove the pan's cooking surface with a fine film of oil.
