To remove grease build-up and stains from a nonstick pan, mix up one of these solutions:
- 3 tablespoons non chlorine bleach
- 1 teaspoon washing-up liquid
- ½ pint/285ml water
or
- 3 tablespoons dishwasher powder
- ½ pint/ 285ml water
Put whichever solution you choose into the pan and simmer for 20 minutes; then wash, rinse and dry the pan. Finally, prove the pan's cooking surface with a fine film of oil.
