Salt substitutes - Ideas for substituting salt

Try this blend of herbs: 1 teaspoon garlic powder and 1 teaspoon each dried basil, oregano and celery salt. Use a mortar and pestle to grind them together; transfer to a salt cellar. Add a few grains of rice to keep the mixture dry.

For a spicier salt replacement, use 1 teaspoon each ground cloves, black pepper and crushed coriander seed mixed together with 2 teaspoons paprika and 1 tablespoon rosemary.

good but needs more explation

it was really a good idea to find substitue for salt , but i could not decipher what is paprica & how & where to get rosemary
