Bread Instant rubber

Bread will make a good substitute for a pencil rubber in an emergency, and works particularly well on wallpaper (try those grubby marks around the light switch) and on old books and prints. Roll the soft part of a slice of fresh bread into a ball and use as you would a rubber.
