Car Wash Concentrate. Make your own Car Wash Concentrate

Use this straightforward mixture to leave your car clean and shining.

To make enough for 2 washes

• 8 floz/225ml washing-up liquid
• 12 tablespoons washing powder
• 1 large bucket of water

Mix the washing-up liquid and washing powder together and store in a clearly labelled bottle. To use, add 4 f1oz/115g of the concentrate to the water, or more if a stronger solution is desired.

Note:- Washing powder is the UK name for laundry detergent

Comments By: mark Washing up liquid contains salt as an abrasive to loosen food etc from crockery. You don't want salt on your car. Also will remove wax from paint.
