The white rings made by hot drinks or water on wood surfaces can be hard to remove. Try the following paste on a waxed surface.
To cover 1 small table top
- 4 tablespoons salt
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
Combine the salt and olive oil in a small bowl and mix into a thick paste. Wipe the paste onto the wooden surface with a cloth and leave to stand overnight. The next day, wipe off the paste and re-wax the surface immediately.
