Lamp shades. Tips for cleaning lamp shades

I found that using the sticky tape lint remover on your lamp shades cleans them great and does not spread the dust.

Over the years, I put my lampshades in my bathtub in cold water with "color safe" clothes detergent, wipe with wash cloth gently, rinse well and let them "drip dry" out in the sun. They always look brand new and smell fresh too. :)
