Visitors tips Stirred not shaken!

Submitted by Jon Clifford

Never shake your Polyurethane. Shaking it causes tiny air bubbles to form which can be Transferred to the work and cause the surface to be rough. Gently stir it for a while and take care to go slow when applying it. This reduces the chances of bubbles. "sponge"type brushes work very well applying.
