Tranverse Abdominal Muscle activation for Hic-ups

Huccups can be alieviated by placing your hand over your head and activating your Tranverse Abdominal Muscle (TVA). To activiate it draw your belly button into your spine. It is the same stomch muscle you active to stop going to the bathroom. Holding your breath will decrease the time nessesary to releave problimatic issues.
