Fill a sock 1/3 full of white rice....
Place a knot at end of sock. Place in microwave
for 1 minute on HI.
Results: a warm, flexible
heat wrap you can use several times.
I gave
them to older neighbors for their aches and pains, to school age children for soothing belly
aches.
Everyone is go grateful and they are so
easy to make. I even put their names on with
magic marker for a personal touch.
