To remove stains from your coffee pot, fill it with 1/2 cup of baking soda and 6 ice cubes. Shake the coffee pot around until it is free of stains. Wash as usual.

No baking soda? Comments By: Gee Dub on 2008-02-04 I have also used salt or sugar with the ice cubes, works as well, but may dissolve quicker than baking soda.
