Many toothpicks are lost from small Swiss Pocket Knifes. Simple: Place a small drop of Super Glue on upper end (inside) of tooth pick and let dry.
Tooth pick is firmly locked in and easily removed. If you can find lost replacement at all they cost around $1.50.
