Make your own energizing tonic Health tips

An energizing mead recipe

Simmer 1 cup of honey and 3 cups of water together slowly. Allow one cup of the water to evaporate. Strain off the top surface, and put the remaining liquid into a stoneware crock or dark bottle.

Put a towel over it so it can breathe, yet be free of dirt. Place in a cool place. You can add cinnamon, clove, or the juice of 2 lemons, if you like.
