Paint brushes make them last longer

Once you have cleaned your paint brushes thoroughly, place a wide elastic band around the bristles. This will help them keep their shape whilst drying.

Place paint brushes in hot vinegar, then wash in warm soap suds to soften.

Keep paint brushes soft and pliable by adding fabric softener to the final rinse.
