Decorating Stripping wallpaper or border

When stripping wallpaper, take a bucket, hot water, dish liquid and a cup of vinegar. Using a sponge wipe the walls until you are soaking the paper. The hot water with the mixture of vinegar and soap will loosen the glue and you can peel it right off.
