General advice for air sickness

If you are prone to feeling airsick, try to reserve a seat over a wing, here you will feel less turbulence. Also a seat in a non-smoking zone. Be well rested before you fly and wear loose clothes. Do not over eat, and try to avoid alcohol and cigarette smoke. As soon as you're seated, tilt the vent above you so that the air is directed towards your face.
