Eat slowly for weight control

Eat slowly, savoring each bite. It takes about 20 minutes for the feeling of fullness to register; wait that long before eating more.

having recently started doing this i wholeheartedly agree.....can i also suggest to wait till actually hungry to eat and then chew slowly, putting your cutlery down between each bite - this really does work...ive lost 4lbs in 5 days so far yay!!
