Try using latex dishwashing gloves. They give a non-slip grip that makes opening jars easy.
Place a rubber band around the lid of the jar and this will give you the traction that you need to open the jar
Another way to open hard to open jar lids is to lightly tap the edge of the lid on your work top. It will make it mush easier to open. Remember I said 'tap' not 'bash', you do not want to break the glass or damage the worktop.
You can also use a spoon or a knife. Put the utensil under the edge of the lid and lift up. This pops the seal and you can open any jar fast and easy.
