Cookies and Cakes. Stop cookies and cakes going hard

Keep your biscuits and cake nice and moist when you are storing it for your next dinner. Far too often a cookie or cakes will go hard when you store them. To stop this from happening place a slice of white bread in the container with the cake or cookie and seal it up tight.

The moisture in the bread will keep them moist.
