Fresh Bread. Keep bread fresher for longer

If you have a loaf of bread and it is going a bit stale, you can keep it fresher by putting a piece of celery in the bread bag and closing it back up! This works great even if you keep your bread in the fridge.

If your bread has become too stale to save, you can put it in a container and make bread crumbs, or use the bread to make bread pudding!

Homemade bread that is a bit stale can be saved by putting it in the microwave on low, with a small bowl of water for about two minutes, freshing the bread while steaming it ready for use!
