Ammonia

Ammonia is an alkaline that can remove fruit juice or blood stains from clothing. Also it will remove dirt from floors and walls. Ammonia is often added to household cleaners.
Ammonia can cause allergic rashes so you should always protect your hands. Use only in a well ventilated room.

Alternative

For cleaning surfaces use a solution of borax, diluted as recommended, or a teaspoon of baking soda or vinegar in a cup of water.
