Get the dried wax out of the bottom of a candle holder

To get the dried wax out of the bottom of a candle holder, put the holder in the freezer for an hour or so. The glob of wax pops right out.

You can do the same in almost the opposite way. Place the holder in a a bowl of very warm water and the wax will melt out.
