If you have a bit of carpet that is fraying, you can fix it without too much effort. All you have to do is take some clear nail polish or some super glue and pull the pile back in the carpet putting a dab of liquid in there at the bottom of the carpet to hold the strings in. You will have to do this a few times in different areas, but moving 1/8 inch over your carpet at a time, pulling the loops back and dabbing the liquid near the bottom of the carpet but it will keep your carpet from fraying any more!
