Make a tired skin face mask

To make enough for 1 treatment

  • 1 tablespoon powdered skimmed milk
  • A peeled cucumber
  • 1 teaspoon plain yoghurt

Mix the ingredients in a bowl with a blender. Apply the mask to your face, avoiding the area around the eyes, and leave it to dry for about 20 minutes. Rinse off. It is best to mix a fresh batch of the mask each time of use, although you can freeze it in an ice-cube tray, for future use.
