Green walnuts for ringworm

Cut open a green walnut and rub the juice juice on affected area. It will take a few applications to kill the fungus, but it really works.

My puppy has wringworm. My son told me to rub green walnut juice on it. Is this safe for a puppy? How often do I apply this?
