If your hair is anything longer than ear-lobe length, you MUST condition each and every time you wash.   Never condition the roots Comments By: Lisa Macinsfield on 2007-12-29 You should never use conditioner on the roots as it will get rid of the natural oils thus will make it lanky and dried out.
