If you do not have time to go to the Laundromat while you're on vacation. You might need to freshen up your clothes a little, especially on a long trip. Pack an empty spray bottle and a few ounces of laundry detergent in a plastic travel bottle. Fill the spray bottle with water, mix in some detergent, and spray your clothes with the mixture. Rinse them in the shower and let them drip dry overnight. The next day, they should be ready to wear.
