Sweat out impurities & toxins for acne and zits

Boil two cups of water, then drape a towel over your face, and let the steam hit you face and sweat for about 3-4 mins. Then dry your face and apply a acne medication.

Couldn't you just excercise to sweat out impurites? Gets rid of your acne and gets you in shape!!!

excercise is good, but the main reason steaming your face is better, isn't because you sweat. What actually happens is the steam helps open pores and clear them out. Applying the medicine afterwards helps even more. If you do excercise make sure your face is clean, because if you sweat with makeup on it can clog your pores. Also rinse your face with cool water after excercise, it will help close your pores!

Why not just take a shower after you exercise. That's even better as a "steam bath". Also, popping zits while you're in the shower helps. My post "Easy Surefire Ways to Zap Acne" goes into thorough detail about getting rid of acne. If it can work on me and treat my bad skin I got while I was pregnant and had all throughout my child and adulthood, I'm sure you can find something that will help you there too.
