Bicarbonate of soda Skin soother

For sunburn and overheated or irritated skin, add a handful of bicarbonate of soda to a warm bath.

adverse effects Comments By: sharon i have come out in a red hot rash on my face and arms and thought it was allergy related.then remembered i took a bath in bicarb and put about a third of a pot in the bath about 3-4 days ago.did'nt even think whether it may have been this but makes sense.do you think i over did it.thanks.
