If you are rushing out to a meeting or just want your nails to dry quick then simply polish them and run cold water over your nails....beleive it or not the nail polish doesn't just run off of the tips of your fingers it hardens and drys immedietly

You can get air bubbles Comments By: Anon on 2004-09-29 You have to wait 5 or 10 minutes before doing this because it can cause air bubbles in your polish.
