Varnish your nails instead of buffing them as that weakens your nails also the varnish protects your nails to some degree.

Wrong! Comments By: Anon I completely disagree. Nail polish dries out your nails and makes them break unless you have super hard nails. Buffing them and lots of moisturizer all day long makes them strong.   buffing Comments By: Andrea when u buff ur nails its gives them a shine and helps with blood circulation,i dont think it makes them weak.
