Peroxide for cold sores

When I feel the first tingle of a cold sore I put peroxide on it and I don't remember the last time I actually has a cold sore that fully developed.

for me (im not sure about other people) it only works when the sore is open. i have to take a sterile needle and pop the blisters open then put the peroxide on it and it takes it away in a few days (depending on how often you pop it and apply the peroxide) it does dry it up alot though so i would advise putting some kind of moisture on it.
