Buy an extra plunger or 2 (or cut a broom handle in 1/2 ) then store your rolls on it they fit really easy & can sit right beside your toilet for easy access-be sure to cover the plunger part with some nice cloth(all the way up the handle ) & tie a bow around it that way there are no mistakes or oops problems. Have fun creating a new way to storage !
