Warm 1 teaspoon of sweet oil and put inside your ear. Lay down ear up for 1 minute, put cotton ball in your ear and the ache will go away every time.

I remember my mom used to put this oil in my ears as a child for an earache. SO I called her and asked her what it was and she said sweet oil. So I trotted down to Rite Aid and bought their brand and took it home and immediately warmed it up ever so slightly and put it in my daughters ear. Do not over heat. Feel it to the touch and do not pour hot oil in your kids ear! Afterwards I put a warm wash cloth over her hurting ear and now she is sound asleep in my bed. I am so happy that I remembered this and that I have it for future cases. I highly recommend....
