Hardboil an egg. Place in a thin piece of cotton, shell and all, and break into chunks. Rub on bruise and watch it disappear. (The warmth feels good too!)

I remember my grandparents used to do this when i was younger. I had a really bad one one my face once. the egg didnt help. IT HURT

It works but you don't need to break it into chunks and you need to make sure the egg is REALLY BOILING HOT for it to work. Doesn't work if it's warm.
