Heal pain. Pain in the heal

  1. Hold the paining heal from by the thumb and fore-finger from the flat point (below ankle bone) and give pulsating pressure 30-40 times
  2. Hold each of the 5 toes, by the sides of nails and press intermittently for 30-40 times
