I heard this from a frend of a frend of mine who told them to put mac donalds chips on there face and rub it on your pimples or just cook up something greasy and use the grease out of that...................it really works!!!!

Even though I wasn't smearing Maccas chips on my face there was still enough grease spitting up to cause an outbreak on my face. Now I barely get any pimples.
