Try to have as shallow a bath as possible, then keep a plastic jug and bucket in the bathroom to scoop out bathwater for re-use to flush the loo.
By the same token, dishwater (after putting in a bucket) can be re-used for washing out dirty bins, cleaning dirty wellingtons etc.
