I take three vitamin E gel caps 400 i.u.each
then 24ooo i.u of vitamin A I then squeeze
grapefruit in it to cut the grease if you
want it thicker use less grapefruit juice
anything with vitamin c in it will thin
out the formula especially if you crush up a vitamin c pill.
The vitamin c pill changes the
whole composition of the formula. Sometimes you
can add collagen and elastin and sunscreen any sun
screen will do I use banana boat. I use my Chef
Tony's ultimate chopper when making my formulas
I'm going to make a cucumber formula next time p.s.
Add a little store bought aloe vera to it if you don't have fresh aloe plant I prefer both.
