Use hair conditioner and alcohol when shaving

For shaving, especially the bikini area, place a hot towel on hairs, then, after towel slightly cools, rub hair conditioner on to soften the hair, wait about a minute and leave conditioner on hair. Then use a new razor and shave in one direction try not to reshave any area too much to prevent irritation. 

Rinse and rub rubbing alcohol to close pores to prevent ingrown hairs from sneaking in. Do this every other day until skin is used to the shaving, then you can shave more frequently.
