Don't always clean your paint roller!

If you have a lot of decorating to do with a roller, say all the ceilings in white. Instead of cleaning the roller out just place the roller head into a plastic bag, mould the bag around the roller squeezing the air out, then tie off the bag handles to stop the air getting back in. You can also use cling-film.
The roller can be left for a couple of days if needs be.
